Jinguang molded grating is manufactured in an open ,heated mold that resembles a large waffle iron.Continuous, E-glass fibers are placed in the mold in alternating layers and completely wetted out with resin .This continuous process produces an integral ,one piece construction which provides excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength. Many types of mesh sizes and panel sizes can obtain as per different molds design.

Slip-resistant
         Jinguang molded grating would have a meniscus(concave)top surface for slip resistance after it is extracted from the mold.Should a girt surface be specified ,the girt would be either bonded to the top of the completed grating panel as a secondary operation or embedded to the top of grating before heating.Jinguang has three types of surface systems to offer maximum slip resistance for most application,one is concave top surface formed naturally during process which offers sufficient protection,the others are embedded grit surface and post-cure grit surface both providing superior protection and last longer due to wear and tear. 0iamond top or gritted cover top are available upon request .
         Slips and falls are the major enemy in many different industries which can cause many injures and huge lost everyday.Jinguang slip-resistant molded gratings have consistently reduced slips and falls in industrial facilities.Jinguang grating,stair treads and covers,and plate feature a longlasting, slip-resistant surface. High strength-to-weight ratio
         Jinguang molded grating manufactured as a composite of continuous fiberglass strands and high quality resin is integrally constructed for strength,it is less than one-half the weight of steel grating allowing easy removal for access below floor level and installation with no heavy equipment and less manpower.Properly installed,Jinguang molded grating meet speficied load requirements for steel and are more impact resistant than metal.

         There is no necessary to use heavy lifting equipment or expensive tools for the fabrication and installation of Jinguang molded grating,it can be easily carried by two workers,can be cut using standard circular of curve saws,no welding request. Jin guang is able to do any cut job according to drawings offered by customers instead of on-site cutting.

Brief Introduction of Resin

        Type VEFR-25 is a premium vinyl ester resin with a flame spread rating of 25 or less.Type VEFR-25 resin provides the most chemical resistance in the industry,designed to withstand the harshest chemical environments over a broad range of acids and caustics,it is primarily used in petrochemical ,waste water,mining,and plating applications where the grating is subject to frequent and direct contact with harsh chemicals.
         Type VEFR-10 is manufactured with the same high quality vinyl eater resin but with an enhanced flame spread rating of 1 0 of less for those applications requiring more flame  resistance,such as an offshore platform.
         Type IFR-25 is a premium isophthalic polyester resin with a flame spread rating of 25 or Iess.Type IFR-25 provides an intermediate level of chemical resistance and is the correct resin choice for grating subjected to splash and spill contact with harsh chemicals,and is a very good general purpose resin at a reduced cost compared to the premium vinyl ester resin.
         Type IFR-10 is the same high quality isophthalic polyester resin but with a enhanced flame spread rating of 10.
         Type FG-30 is manufactured using a premium food grade polyester resin containing no harmful ingredients and is certified by the resin manufacturer. Each panel is post cured and detergent washed prior to shipment. This grating possesses a flame spread rating of 30.

         Type CFR-25 is an orthophthalic polyster resin with a flam spread rating of 25 or less providing moderate chemical resistance. This grating is perfect for use in water/wastewater applications, light industrial applications, and in the wavezone areas of offshore platforms where the environment is moderate. Although Type CFR-25 is the least chemical resistant resin,it still offers superior performance to traditional flooring products such as steel,aluminum and wood,and is the most economical resin available.
         Type O-AN is the same as type CFR-25 but non-fire retardant.
         Type MP-5 is a molded phenolic grating where fire resistance,low smoke,and low toxic fumes are critical.Tested in term of ASTM E-84,Type MP-5 resin has a flame spread rating of 5 and smoke density rating of 5.Qur Type-5 molded phenolic grating is typically used in confined spaces,subways, offshore and other applications where fire resistance and low smoke generation is absolutely necessary.
         Conductive top grating,all Jinguang molded grating products can be provided with a specially formulated carbon black surface,eliminating hazardous static electricity when properly grounded.Available with all of the above resins,Jinguang conductive gratings are primarily used in the hign-tech electronic industries, munitions and arsenal manufacturing plants and other sparking sensitive environments where sophisticated equipment maybe damaged due to static electricity.The specialized grating produces an electrical resistance of less than 26 kilo-ohms per foot (305mm),while retaining other desirable characteristics of conventional FRP molded grating.
         Mini Mesh Grating,Jinguang offers a series of mini mesh grating which has one quarter the opening of regular. 1-1/2"(38 x 38mm)square mesh grating.The smaller opening prevents object as small as 1/2"(13mm) from falling through and complies with the European 15mm ball test requirement.Also, because of the close spacing of the bearing bars,it offers smooth movement for small wheeled trolleys,wheel chairs,etc.
