FRP supporting frame

FRP supporting frame is assembled by pultruded
I-Shapes in different heights and cross-rod
using the epoxy resin to fasten them, it
is used to bearing the water-released padding
of the hyperbolic cooling tower in the power
plant. It supplies characters such as: large
area of ventilation ,little in wind resistance,
high in weight loadind, corrosion resistance
,light weight,easy of installation.lt can
improve the efficiency of heat-changing;save
energy sources;prolong the life for use.lt
is a new product that can replace the concrete
panel and cast iron cover.

Properties
Light weight
The specific gravity of the FRP Material
Is I.9,which is only 1/4 of that of the
cast iron,it is convenient for transportation
and installation.
Corrosion
resistance
FRP material is humidification-resistance
,not rusy,it can be widely used in the working
conditions from-40°C to 60°C.
High strength
Tensile strength and flexural strength of
I-shapes load-bearing parts and connection
rods are about 500MPa and the Flexural Modulus
is about 30GPa,it can meet the requirement
of filling bearing fax cooling tower.
Very designable
I-Shapes in different sizes can be uesd
according to the bearing demand ; span is
also adjustable and figures can be cut into
different sizes basing on the practical
assembling conditions and spot.
Installation
of Supporting frame
All types come with stainless steel botl and clamp for fixation and connection.
